How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 23. It ticks every 0.5 sec. It triggers Stasis.

What it does

Stasis is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 0.5 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.5 sec. It also casts Stasis (record #366636).
