WarlockAt level 20 you now gain the Apprentice Riding skill that gives you a 60% speed increase on a mount, and as a Warlock you automatically get a Felsteed. It will show up in your mount book. Just search for Felsteed if you are have a lot of mounts from other characters and are having trouble finding it. You do NOT need to buy it or train it or quest for it anymore. Both the Apprentice Riding skill and the Felsteed just show up automatically upon reaching level 20.
Why the downrates? This is exactly what happened to me upon reaching level 20 on my warlock yesterday (2-7-2013). If this information is somehow incorrect please leave a reply so that I can fix it, but most of the posts on this page are VERY out of date and I was trying to post the current information that I myself came here seeking earlier. Thank you.

As of patch 2.0.5 (iirc) you no longer get your mount from a quest, but from your local trainer, for the price of 90s. So no more whining for free mount for Warlocks!
you get a blue flames from eyes and the flames at hoofs turn green when you in areas like Moonglade
why this get downrated? its true
