How it works

Throw Power Matrix is built from 4 client effects, applied in this order:

  2. Effect 2 is effect type 203, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Power Matrix.
  3. Effect 3 is effect type 203, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Power Matrix.
  4. Effect 4 is effect type 203, which the datamine does not name. It triggers Power Matrix.

What it does

Throw Power Matrix is an Arcane spell with an instant cast and a range of 20 yards. When cast it launches a missile in a 20 yard radius. It also casts Power Matrix, Power Matrix, Power Matrix and Power Matrix.
