Raid - Battle for Azeroth
Uldir
8 encounters, 143 boss abilities and 86 drops, with the Adventure Guide’s own ability and strategy notes for each fight. Every drop links to its item page; tradeable drops carry a live Auction House price.
Millennia ago, seeking to understand the nature of their eternal foe, the titans constructed this sprawling underground facility to research and quarantine captured specimens. They hoped that by studying the void energy that bound the Old Gods, probing it for weaknesses and reactions, they could find some way to neutralize it. They were horribly, horribly wrong. The facility was sealed away, so that the horrors within would never be unleashed upon Azeroth. But now those seals have broken....

Encounters
Fetid Devourer
The experiments within Uldir conducted tests upon countless lifeforms, including several loa who inhabited the forests around Zandalar. After the experiments proved lethal, the loa's remains were disposed of improperly, much to the delight of the dark consciousness imprisoned within Uldir.
Abilities & Strategy
Overview
Periodically, Waste Disposal Units around the room will activate, dumping waste into the room and leaving behind Corruption Corpuscles. Players must kill these before they release Enticing Essence, or Fetid Devourer will move to them and Consume Corruption, healing and gaining energy. At 50% health, Fetid Devourer will enter into a Fetid Frenzy.
Tanks
- The primary tank on Fetid Devourer will take more consistent - but overall higher - damage.
- The second tank should stand near the primary tank to be hit by Terrible Thrash, and be prepared for large spikes of damage when it hits.
- Be prepared for the damage increase due to Fetid Frezy!
Healers
- Terrible Thrash deals very high damage.
- After players are afflicted with Malodorous Miasma, they will develop Putrid Paroxysm, which inflicts high damage and requires focused healing.
- Be prepared for the damage increase due to Fetid Frezy!
Damage Dealers
- Kill Corruption Corpuscles before they finish releasing Enticing Essence.
- When Chimaera nears 100 energy, prepare to avoid Rotting Regurgitation!
Malodorous Miasma
On Mythic Difficulty, Malodorous Miasma will spread to nearby players each time it deals damage.
Putrid Paroxysm
On Mythic Difficulty, Putrid Paroxysm will spread to players in a large area each time it deals damage.
Waste Disposal Units
Periodically, Waste Disposal Units around the room will activate, dumping waste into the room and leaving behind Corruption Corpuscles. On Mythic Difficulty, one of the Waste Disposal Units will activate early, creating a Mutated Mass - a larger Corruption Corpuscle that casts Enticing Essence more slowly. Standing inside the stream of waste from a Waste Disposal Unit or being hit by Rotting Regurgitation will also apply Malodorous Miasma.
Corruption Corpuscle
Enticing Essence
On Heroic Difficulty and above, Corruption Corpuscle also heals for 1% every 2 sec. while affected by Enticing Essence.
Mutated Mass
Enticing Essence
Mutated Mass also heals for 1% every 2 sec. while affected by Enticing Essence.

G'huun
In Uldir, the titans had hoped to find a solution to the Old Gods. But when they experimented upon the Old Gods' unending, ravenous need to corrupt, they unexpectedly created a perfect avatar of that desire. G'huun is nothing but rot, pestilence, and decay, the ultimate parasite who cannot stop himself from consuming his host until it is gone.
Abilities & Strategy
Overview
G'huun begins the encounter encased within the chamber's wall, calling forth minions to assault his foes. To dislodge him from his lair, the Reorigination Drive must be fully charged by depositing Power Matrices within it. Once active, G'huun begins his assult in earnest. G'huun can be stalled by continuing to power up the Reorigination Drive, causing Reorigination Blasts to weaken him. Upon reaching low health, G'huun unleashes his might, destroying the Reorigination Drive, preventing the use of Reorigination Blasts.
Tanks
- Position Dark Young to maximize the effect of Dark Bargain.
- When G'huun becomes active, coordinate with your co-tank to manage Growing Corruption.
- Remember, Blood Feast can reset your stacks of Putrid Blood.

Healers
- Deposit Power Matrices to trigger a Reorigination Blast.
- Reorigination Blast inflicts substantial damage to all party members each time it is fired.
- Remember, Blood Feast can reset your stacks of Putrid Blood.
- Once G'huun reaches 25% health, he no longer casts Blood Feast, causing Putrid Blood to stack indefinitely.
Damage Dealers
- Deposit Power Matrices to trigger a Reorigination Blast.
- Be sure to interrupt the Blightspreader Tendril's Decaying Eruption.
- Remember, Blood Feast can reset your stacks of Putrid Blood.
- Face away from G'huun when he casts Gaze of G'huun.

Vectis
The plague of corrupted blood killed countless trolls and began one of the most terrifying periods in Zandalar's history. The constructs within Uldir studied the disease in search of a cure, but found that only isolation and extermination was effective. Unfortunately, as the facility's safeguards cracked apart, the plague was accidentally combined with a sample of G'huun's blood, creating a new entity that hungered for fresh victims.
Abilities & Strategy
Overview
15, 17Vectis creates instances of Omega Vector which bounce endlessly between players during the encounter. When Omega Vector jumps between players it leaves behind a stack of Lingering Infection, which has no duration and cannot be removed. MOTHER
Uldir's titanic watcher was gifted with tenacity and an insatiable desire to discover a "solution" to the Old Gods. Her protocols have remained fully intact, even though many other systems in her facility have collapsed. WARNING: M.O.T.H.E.R. will not accept aid from contaminated subjects.
Abilities & Strategy
Overview
Pass through Defense Grids to reach the final chamber of the Hall of Sanitation. Reaching the third and final chamber cleanses the raid of all corruption, and inflicts MOTHER with Depleted Energy. When MOTHER is first active in any chamber she will begin a countdown to activate Cleansing Purge within that chamber.

- Coordinate with the other tank to maintain as few stacks of Sanitizing Strike as possible.
- Round up Remnants of Corruption to keep them from attacking your allies.

Taloc
The titan keepers enacted countless systems to detect and contain any breach from the facility. Their most powerful construct, Taloc, kept watch for any signs of corruption in the region and ruthlessly excised any that he found. But as thousands of years passed, its internal defenses began to decay, making it vulnerable to corruption.
Abilities & Strategy
Overview
Taloc's blood-fueled magic will flood the room with Blood Storms. His powerful Cudgel of Gore will absorb nearby Blood Storms. At 35% health, Taloc's fuel spills into the arena causing him to Power Down and spawn Coalesced Blood and Volatile Droplets. Volatile Droplets will continue to spawn once Taloc reabsorbs his fuel, canceling Powered Down and engaging the raid once more.

- Taunt Coalesced Bloods while Taloc is disabled to keep them away from your allies.
Healers
- Allies will take significant damage when afflicted with Plasma Discharge.

Shortly after the Sundering, a dark messenger arrived on the fresh shores of Zandalar, intending to bring the newly isolated tribe into the service of N'Zoth. Zek'voz was prepared to entice, bribe, cajole, corrupt, or simply kill them, but he was not prepared to encounter the defenses of Uldir. He was captured, studied, disassembled, and stored in the Titans' Archives, where he has waited for a chance to escape.

Zul, Reborn
Once the proud leader of the Zanchuli Council, highest advisors to the kings of Zandalar, Zul was praised as the greatest of prophets. At 40% health, Zul no longer summons the Forces of Blood and becomes fully empowered with the Blood of G'huun, unleashing Locus of Corruption, spending his Elder Blood to afflict the raid with Corrupted Blood for the remainder of the encounter.
