To save the reader a click; Guardian Gloves can be made by a leatherworker with skill of at least 190. Materials are a silken thread (vendor), a cured heavy hide (skinning / AH) and four heavy leather (skinning / AH).
That addon was probably out-of-date, as The Shattering removed tons of Blacksmithing recipes associated with either Weaponsmithing or Armorsmithing. The Truesilver Gauntlets were one of the four original Armorsmithing recipes.
