Two things to clarify because I do admit blizz left it a bit confusing. "Releases the Light within The Silver Hand for 10 sec, healing an injured ally within 15 yds for " You are not choosing the person, no matter who you click on when you cast it, Its passive, and will chose with "smart healing" As long as the rest of the raid team isnt at full health and its still active it will keep adding out additional buffs to people, one at a time in approx 1 second intervals, and even if someone gets the buff a bit later then others, each still get the full 10 second heal/bonus from it,
