Once you have an Ultimate Gnomish Army Knife in your possession, this recipe will create a version without jumper cables that you can sell to pathetic non-engineers.
How it works
- Effect 1 is effect type 157, which the datamine does not name. Its base value is 1.
What it does
Ultimate Gnomish Army Knife is a spell with a 2 sec cast and no range (it targets the caster). The client files the whole spell under the discovery mechanic.
Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
