TheWoWDBThis unlocks at Rank 4 Construct Factory, HOWEVER, it is a hidden recipe. It will not show until you unlock Mechagon (BFA zone) and learn the [item=169173] which can drop either from Rustfeather or Malfunctioning Beastbot.

Anyone else having issues being able to craft this? I've unlocked Mechagon and crafted the anti gravity pack yet it still doesnt show on my crafting table
edit: I did end up placing a ticket for this, just got the generic "we know about this bug, we'll fix it eventually"
double edit: IF IT DOESNT SHOW UP ON YOUR TABLE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE MATS TO CRAFT IT, soon as I had the correct materials it showed up on the table
the time it takes for a non-BFA character is unreal. Unlocking Nazjatar, then Mechagon, then the introduction Questline for Mechagon and then farm the mats..last 3 items for my wardrobe achievement and mount are killing me
