How it works

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 15 per tick. It ticks every 0.5 sec, 12 times over the full 6 sec (180 base in total).

What it does

Void Glare is a Shadow spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it applies an aura every 0.5 sec.
