How it works
Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Volatile Seed is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 3. Its base value is 20 per tick. It ticks every 2 sec, 5 times over the full 10 sec (100 base in total).
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4.
