TheWoWDBMade a tauren DK mostly for this ability. Massive help when tanking. Oh, those mobs are about to de aggro me and atack someone else? WAR STOMP! Enemy caster about to heal someone? WAR STOMP! About to get pwned by a tough mob when questing but don't have time to do lichborne+deathcoil combo*? WAR STOMP! Rogue about to kill me? WAR STOMP! Rogue tries to run away? DEATH GRIP and then WAR STOMP! Gnomes? WAR STOMP!
Clearly, war stomp = leetsauce.
* = lichborne is a frost talent that makes you undead for 15 seconds and death coil heals undead units. The lichborne/death coil combo is a nice emergency heal considering even with the standard max of 100 RP you can get 2 DCs off

Honestly, what problem can't Warstomp solve? Cancer? WARSTOMP! Tension between nations? WARSTOMP!
If you want to play a shaman, this would be the reason to roll a Tauren Shaman; it's the closest thing you'd have to crown control outside of dynamite that stuns enemies.
