Water Shield

Tooltip

The caster is surrounded by globes of water, granting per 5 sec. When a melee attack hits the caster, the caster regains 3% of their mana. This effect can only occur once every 1.1 sec.

The Shaman can have up to two Elemental Shields active on them.

How it works

Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met. It can proc at most once every 3 sec.

Water Shield is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 4. It scales with 1 times spell power.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 85.
  3. Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 137.

What it does

Water Shield is a Nature spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 1 hr. When cast it applies an aura. It stacks up to 9 times.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the current retail game build. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
