Unfortunately, not attainable anymore.
The Models that was on display at Steelgrill's Depot have been removed from the game. As so the old quest to turn them in for the upgraded version has been removed from the NPC. Same for The Icy Blue Mechanostrider Mod A. You can't even view them in the mount collection tab in game unless you have them collected.
