  Summons an effigy of Niuzao, the Black Ox for 25 sec that attacks your primary target and Stomps when you cast Blackout Kick, damaging all nearby enemies. While active, 40% of damage delayed by Stagger is instead Staggered by Niuzao, and Niuzao is healed for 100% of your purified Stagger.
