In the Fire Mage talent tree, Conflagration sits in the Fire specialization talents, row 7 of 11. It is a single-point node. Its row opens once 8 points are spent in Fire Talents.

  Scald

  Fireball always critically strikes enemies below 30% health. When Fireball or Scorch damage an enemy below 30% health, Fireball deals 25% increased damage and Scorch deals 250% increased damage.

  Heat Shimmer

  While Combustion is not active, damage from Ignite has a small chance to make your next Scorch instant, deal 100% increased damage, and deal damage as though your target was below 30% health.

  Fire Blast damage increased by 10% and it now spreads Ignite to 1 additional targets.
