The tree draws a line into No Scope from Penetrating Shots, Tenacious or Cunning and Surging Shots.

  Penetrating Shots

  Gain critical strike damage equal to 25% of your critical strike chance.

• 
  Tenacious

  Your Spotting Eagle gains the Tenacity specialization, granting you Endurance Training and Air Superiority. You gain increased maximum health. Your Spotting Eagle alerts you to oncoming danger, reducing all damage you take by 3%

  Cunning

  Your Spotting Eagle gains the Cunning specialization, granting you Master's Call and Pathfinding. Your pet removes all root and movement impairing effects from itself and a friendly target, and grants immunity to all such effects for 4 sec. Your movement speed is increased by 8%.

  Surging Shots

  Rapid Fire deals 35% additional damage, and Aimed Shot has a 15% chance to reset the cooldown of Rapid Fire.

  Kill Shot

  You attempt to finish off a wounded target, dealing (1050% of Attack Power) Physical damage. Only usable on enemies with less than 20% health.

  Trueshot
