    What This Set Covers

This is a complete head-to-toe outfit - it fills 9 armor slots, so it can be worn as a full look with nothing borrowed from another set. Every piece is Bind on Pickup, so the appearances have to be earned rather than bought.

    Versions and Companion Sets

The game links 3 other versions to Dread Gladiator's Plate, each labelled the way the collection journal labels it. This page is the Elite version.

16 companion sets shipped in the Battle Season 1 and Arathi Warfront group alongside it:

    Shared Pieces and Appearances

9 pieces of this set are also listed in other appearance sets in the game data:

12 pieces share their appearance with items outside this set, each with its own collection source:

    Look-Alike Sets

1 other set reuses the 3D models of Dread Gladiator's Plate’s head, shoulder, chest, legs, feet and hands, most shared models first:

    • Dread Gladiator's Vestment (Battle for Azeroth, 17 pieces): the same head, shoulder, chest, legs, feet and hands models, in the same colours.

Matched in the game files: each piece’s ItemDisplayInfo names its 3D model and texture. The same model with another texture is a recolour. Only pieces with a 3D model of their own (helms, shoulders, cloaks, weapons, shields, off-hands and some belts and robes) can be compared this way; pieces drawn from textures alone are left out.
