What This Set Covers

This is a complete head-to-toe outfit - it fills 9 armor slots, so it can be worn as a full look with nothing borrowed from another set. Every piece is Bind on Pickup, so the appearances have to be earned rather than bought.

Where These Pieces Drop

4 of this set's 13 pieces drop from 4 encounters in Dawn of the Infinite. The rest come from vendors, quests, crafting or world drops, which the dungeon journal does not record.

Drop chances are not stored in the client data we mine, so none are shown here.

Where to Farm This Set

5 bosses in Dawn of the Infinite drop pieces of this set. Each instance below carries its Adventure Guide entry, where its entrance is, and what each boss drops.

Dawn of the Infinite

The Bronze Temple has lain dormant for millennia, awaiting a time when its dragonflight would return. But just as the bronze dragons have reclaimed their sacred temple, dark forces now threaten to overtake it. Will the infinites take hold of the Timeways and bring about the rise of Murozond? The champions of Azeroth must venture into time itself to ensure that the future remains a bright one.

The entrance is in Thaldraszus at 61.3, 84.7 (/way #2025 61.3 84.7).

  • Tyr, the Infinite Keeper drops 1 piece of this set (Feet). Adventure Guide map pin: 42.1, 46.2 on the Infinite Conflux map. With the true timeline now altered by Murozond's rise, the heroes of Azeroth are faced with many oddities. Chief among them being Titan-Keeper Tyr joining forces with the infinite dragonflight. His legendary loyalty now turned against them, the heroes of Azeroth have no choice but to fight. To win.
  • Morchie drops 1 piece of this set (Legs). Adventure Guide map pin: 48.8, 54.0 on the Twisting Approach map. Morchie is the alternate form of Chromie, created by a timeline where Murozond rose and the infinites reigned supreme. And it so happens that she rather enjoys being part of the true timeline, and would like to keep it that way. Unfortunately, the heroes of Azeroth keep getting in the way of her plans.
  • Time-Lost Battlefield drops 1 piece of this set (Chest). Adventure Guide map pin: 50.5, 54.3 on the Immemorial Battlefield map. One of the many battles between the Alliance and Horde have bled into the Timeways, and it's up to the heroes of Azeroth to put an end to this time anomaly in order to continue their journey. But first they will have to face Grommash Hellscream, one of the Horde's mightiest chieftains. For the Alliance!
  • Time-Lost Battlefield drops 1 piece of this set (Chest). Adventure Guide map pin: 50.4, 54.7 on the Immemorial Battlefield map. One of the many battles between the Alliance and Horde have bled into the Timeways, and it's up to the heroes of Azeroth to put an end to this time anomaly in order to continue their journey. But first they will have to face Anduin Lothar, one of the Alliance's greatest commanders. For the Horde!
  • Chrono-Lord Deios drops 1 piece of this set (Hands). Adventure Guide map pin: 50.8, 56.5 on the Crossroads of Fate map. At long last, the infinite dragonflight shall usher in a new dawn for the world of Azeroth. Chrono-Lord Deios has traveled far into the past to ensure that Murozond shall rise. The heroes of Azeroth have already seen him succeed once. This time, can they stop him?

Versions and Companion Sets

The game links 5 other versions to Infinite Vanguard's Armor, each labelled the way the collection journal labels it. This page is the Dawn of the Infinite version.

16 companion sets shipped in the Cavern Delver's Gear group alongside it:

Look-Alike Sets

1 other set reuses the 3D models of Infinite Vanguard's Armor’s head, shoulder, chest, waist, legs, feet and hands, most shared models first:

Matched in the game files: each piece’s ItemDisplayInfo names its 3D model and texture. The same model with another texture is a recolour. Only pieces with a 3D model of their own (helms, shoulders, cloaks, weapons, shields, off-hands and some belts and robes) can be compared this way; pieces drawn from textures alone are left out.
