How it works

Each cast of Blizzard costs 320 Mana. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Blizzard is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Dummy (effect type 3). It scales with 0.03 times spell power. Its area radius is 8 yards.
  2. Effect 2 is Create Area Effect (effect type 179). Its area radius is 8 yards.
  3. Effect 3 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 226. It ticks every 1 sec, 8 times over the full 8 sec.

What it does

Blizzard is a Frost spell with an instant cast, a range of 30 yards and effects that last 8 sec. When cast it has a Create Area Effect effect in an 8 yard radius and applies an aura every 1 sec.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70532. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
