How it works

It does not trigger the global cooldown, so it can be used between other casts. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Challenging Shout is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is effect type 114, which the datamine does not name. Its area radius is 10 yards.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 11. Its base value is 800. Its area radius is 10 yards.

What it does

Challenging Shout is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster), a 2 min cooldown and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it applies an aura in a 10 yard radius. The client files the whole spell under the taunted mechanic.
