How it works
Each cast of Eviscerate costs 35 Energy. Casting it triggers a 1 sec global cooldown.
Eviscerate is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is School Damage (effect type 2). Its base value is 3. It scales with 1 times spell power.
- Effect 2 is Dummy (effect type 3).
What it does
Eviscerate is a Physical spell with an instant cast and a range of 5 yards. When cast it deals Physical damage (base value 3).
