How it works

Each cast of Intimidating Shout costs 25 Rage. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.

Intimidating Shout is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:

  1. Effect 1 is Trigger Spell (effect type 64). It scales with 1 times spell power. It triggers Intimidating Shout.
  2. Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 7. Its area radius is 8 yards.

What it does
