How it works

Each cast of Piercing Howl costs 10 Rage. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown.

  1. Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 33. Its base value is -50. Its area radius is 10 yards.

What it does

Piercing Howl is a spell with an instant cast, no range (it targets the caster) and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it applies an aura in a 10 yard radius. The client files the whole spell under the ensnared mechanic.

Generated from the SpellEffect, SpellMisc, SpellCooldowns and SpellRange records in the WoW Forever beta client, build 1.60.1.70532. Effects the client marks as internal hooks are left out.
