How it works
Each cast of Shred costs 60 Energy. Casting it triggers a 1 sec global cooldown.
Shred is built from 3 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Weapon Damage (effect type 58). Its base value is 22. It scales with 1 times spell power.
- Effect 2 is Weapon % Damage (effect type 31). Its base value is 155. It scales with 1 times spell power.
- Effect 3 is Energize (effect type 30). Its base value is 1.
What it does
Shred is a Physical spell with an instant cast and a range of 5 yards. When cast it deals weapon damage (base value 22), deals a percentage of weapon damage (base value 155) and restores a resource (base value 1).
