Uhm.. In Ewlynn, there is quest "Give Gerald a drink" (or something like that) and it's blue ?.. does it count?
I completed this achievement weeks ago, but it continues to show up under my "Recent Achievements" section with today's date as the completed date, and pushes other more recent achievements off the table.
