Huge Seaforium Bombs are found in the Horde and Alliance bases.
The easiest way to get this achievement is to have a large group rush the hangar at the beginning. Once the hangar is secured, board the gunship and drop into the enemy base. You can then pick up a seaforium charge, run to their front gate, drop it 5 times, and get your achievement.

You can also secure the docks and ride a catapult vehicle, this one can throw you over the wall if you aim correctly
