The easiest way to do this is at the same time as Mowed Down.
Especially with the Siege Engines, since they have so much health and tend to stay in one place (ie: the wall), it's easy to bomb them, you'll have a better chance at getting the killing blow.
It really comes down to luck.
Siege Engine will be the bigest problem here, 2 things you can try is hiding at the workshop and try your best nuking it down before someone notice you, or the easy when you just teleport out and do your best to get the killing blow
