This achievement reads that it requires "Sniffen Sage," "Can You Dig It?," and "He' sSss All Mine" achievements to be completed.
I can click on the Sniffen Sage and see that it is complete, but it is not marking as complete.
The Can You Dig it? achievement is not pulling up anything when I click on it or search it.
I have collected several pieces of the Ouroboros Tablet, but it is not complete yet, so I cannot speak to the status of the He'sSss All Mine achievement.

I've finally finished this achievement, just because Can You Dig It? takes 17 weeks to do.
The title reward is character bound. So you can only display it on the character you earned it on. Hope they change it to account wide like other grindy titles like Tower Ranger. There's no way I am doing that on more than one character.
