This achievement currently appears to be bugged at 5/5 from the counter for Sniffen Around with no trackable objectives.

UPDATE!: The achievement is obtainable! I found the last item and the achievement popped up for me. Thankfully, only the achievement tracker itself is bugged.

This achievement Sniffen Sage is to find "...All Possible...". There are more than 5 possible (9 apparently). Apparently finding 5 was intended to award the intermediate achievement Sniffen Around.
