each guild members exalted reps count as long as they are exalted with the guild, this is key, you can have 25 exalted reps between all your guild members but they won't show up unless they are exalted with guild.

I think it's 25 different reputations. For example if 20 people in the guild are on exalted status with The Ashen Verdict , it will count as 1 exalted reputation. Well it's easy anyway. It takes one achievement freak like me for that achievement :D Or option 2 , all guild members have to be on exalted status with the The Ashen Verdict ( example ) to count towards the achievement.
