The reward here is wrong. By pretty much all accounts, the Reins of the Golden King are only available through the guild vendor once a guild reaches level 25.

Anyone else experiencing their guild getting this achievement constantly, everyday, for weeks? It pops up all the time and it's driving us nuts!
Even as a collective achievement it still doesn't look all that hard to get it on a single person assuming that the new 5 reps aren't too horrific to reach exalted. Shattered Sun Offensive - Most BC players got exalted with them just because they could (I still quite like the tabard too). Even these days, people still hit exalted while farming H MgT for the chicken. 5 Wrath Dungeon Factions - Tabards made these pretty much trivial. 5 BC Dungeon Factions - Even if you didn't hit exalted farming these in BC you can easily solo farm the 60-70 dungeons for it. Argent Dawn - Questing in WPL/EPL
