• Collect [object=281659] in Drustvar Crimson Forest area.

  Items are not personal and everyone can loot it

• You gain buff (have 5 min cd) or debuff (short 10 sec stun/hex), debuff can remove one of your buffs
  Buffs: [spell=263664], [spell=263833], [spell=263831], [spell=263708]
  Debuffs: [spell=263721], [spell=263652]

• The main idea is that you get 4 buffs and then the hex debuff.
  But during my achievement run i got the achievement after collecting 4 buffs
  So have to check how exactly the Witch's Curse: Newt part works. maybe there is some internal cd or it is just ignored because of a bug
  You can get same buff/debuff multiple times in a row.
  
  The problem is that you can get out of items in the area pretty fast.
  Still have to check the respawn time, and it could be almost instant.
  But there is way too many spawn locations to check.
  
  The main problem is the amount of mobs in the area. Lots of patrols.
  Assist from someone else would be a great idea.

I was able to find lots of spawn locations of Mysterious Brew (Not always up, just a possible spawn location)
Probably there are more, so will update this list later
Try to run around in the area first before you start looting items and learn patrols, mobs locations and so on

You see in chat "You got better." when you get the Witch's Curse: Newt debuf. Reference to the Monty Python and the holy grail she turned me into a newt

Having recently achieved this, and still reeling from the absolute nervous breakdown I just experienced whilst trying to complete this, I can safely say that the rng factor in this can be beyond ridiculous. You have five minutes to get four buffs and a debuff. However, getting a debuff has a chance to remove one of your buffs. Also, you can get the same buff consecutively, making you watch as your other buffs slowly tick away into oblivion, like your sanity.

After getting the same buff seven times in a row, and seeing my achievement snatched before my eyes because the fifth (de)buff removes a buff, I was literally sobbing through the remaining hour lamenting my pitiful fate. I spent over two hours trying to get this achievement, with absolutely nobody else in the vicinity, and being prot-specced so I couldn't get dazed. (You can interact with the bottles whilst mounted.)

For all that is sacred, may your luck - or absolute lack thereof - be better than mine. I can only pray that the developers refrain from creating such soul-sucking achievements for those of us out there who couldn't win a coin toss with three tries...
