Buried Treasures

The following items are directly lootable at the stated coordinates:
Warsong relic 45.5, 36.8 (outside hut, against a fence)
Garrosh Shackles 41.7 37.5 (inside hut)
Stolen Draenei Tome 45.3, 33.8; 45.1, 38.2 (these are located on a tower, access them using a coiled rope).

The remaining 3 items are a bit more tricky to get. You have to kill Mok'gol Wolfsong and loot the Wolf Totem. This transforms you into a spectral wolf for 2 mins. While as a wolf, you are stealthed to all hostile mobs, but engaging in combat will remove the buff. To get the remaining items, find Dirt mounds which you can dig only as a spectral wolf, they will contain 1 of the 3 remaining items:
Wolf pup remains
Warsong Remains
Gnarled Bone

These first few are pretty straight forward.
Most people were finding the warsong remains next to huts but I found it sitting next to a tree.

For Warsong Remains, Wolf Pup Remains, and Gnarled Bone you need to kill a [npc=86659] which will drop a wolf totem (clickable item, not loot) and turn you into a wolf. Once you're a wolf you'll be invisible to everything and you'll need to seek out Dirt Mounds.

The achievement is completed within Mok'gol Watchpost, an Apexis Crystal daily quest hub within Nagrand. It requires you to interact with six different objects: three of which are in set positions, while the other three require you to get a special buff to find.

For the static items, Garrosh's Shackles and Warsong Relic always spawn in the same spot.

Garrosh's Shackles are at 41, 37 (On the wall inside the big hut at the top of the hill)
Warsong Relics are at 45, 36 (Leaning against the inside small wall/fence outside the front of a hut)

Stolen Draenei Tome can be found on top of towers throughout the questing area. To get to the top, you need to click on the coiled rope on the ground by these towers. If there is no tome spawned on top of the tower you get to, just run to another one or check again in a few minutes. You can find coiled rope at the below locations:

For the Warsong Remains, Wolf Pup Remains, and Gnarled Remains portion of the achievement, you need to loot dirt mounds that you see throughout the village while you have a special buff. Once you kill a [npc=86659], a [npc=87280] drops on the ground near the enemy that you will need to loot, giving you the [spell=174572] buff. This will allow you to run around for two minutes and interact with the dirt mounds on the ground. Make sure you do not have a pet (or bodyguard) out when you first try to get the buff, or you will not transform. Additionally, attacking anything will also remove the buff, so do not fight anything while you are in spectral wolf form.

The mounds spawn throughout the village, but the contents of each are random. Below are the coordinates throughout the village where dirt mounts can be found.

45, 37 (Behind the hut)
46, 34 (Under a tree between two huts)
44, 34 (Beside a hut)
43, 36 (Next to a fence)
42, 37 (Behind the stables)
