Chapter IV: Celestial Blessings

Judgement of the Black Prince has been moved to a later patch, and this achievement now focuses on Wrathion's interaction with and being judged by the August Celestials.

The quests that are currently available stand like this:

Celestial Blessings-Based on whether you want to heal, fight or defend Wrathion, one of these tasks must be completed based on what class/spec you excel in.

Hilarious in hindsight considering you have to sit and listen to Wrathion's monologues throughout the previous legendary quests in Pandaria.

Yu'lon says: Tell me, dragon-child: What is the nature of wisdom?
Wrathion says: To do what is right, no matter the cost. That is wisdom.
Yu'lon says: Spoken like a true child of the Aspects. Always seeking to change the world.

Speak with Xuen

Wrathion says: I am looking forward to this: The White Tiger is the embodiment of strength in Pandaria!

Xuen says: Ah, the young black dragon graces my temple. The deeds of you and your champion are quickly becoming Pandaren legend.
Wrathion says: I take great pride in the company I keep.
Xuen says: Tell me young prince: What is the nature of strength?
Wrathion says: The power to crush one's foes. That is strength.
Xuen says: You speak only in terms of one's enemies.
Wrathion says: Certainly, strength can benefit one's allies.
Xuen says: How so?
Wrathion says: ...by using it to crush their enemies!
Xuen says: A black dragon, through and through. Very well, I will give you my blessing, but also some advice:
Xuen says: Strength used in the service of others is twice as powerful as strength spent on our foes.

Speak with Niuzao

Wrathion says: Here we are, the home of Niuzao, the Black Ox. He is the patron spirit of Pandaren fortitude, the only celestial who chooses to live beyond the wall.
Wrathion says: Mighty Black Ox! Hear our plea.
Wrathion says: My champion and I seek your blessing of fortitude.
Niuzao says: So enters the dragon, and his mortal champion. You are welcome here.
Niuzao says: Tell me, Black Prince: What is the nature of fortitude?
Wrathion says: The strength to overcome any hardship! This is fortitude.
Niuzao says: You confuse strength with fortitude, young dragon. But power is worthless without spirit.
Niuzao says: I have seen humple slaves endure unimaginable torture, only to rise up and overthrow their masters.
Niuzao says: And I have seen the mightiest of emporers laid low by the perserverance of the smallest of enemies.
Wrathion says: You mean to say - physical strength is developed without, but fortitude comes from within?
Niuzao says: Precisely!
Wrathion says: ...Sure, I knew that.
Niuzao says: Of course you did. We will put your understanding to the test.
Niuzao says: My challenge, if you accept it, will test your champion's ability to defend and protect while enduring terrible hardship.

Speak with Chi-Ji

Wrathion says: The Red Crane of Hope has inspired the citizens of Pandaria from the very dawn of history. I very much want to speak with him.
Wrathion says: Great Red Crane! Hear our plea.
Wrathion says: My champion and I seek your blessing of hope.
Chi-Ji says: My my, the child of the Worldbreaker, proof that none are beyond redemption. I am honored by your visit.
Chi-Ji says: Tell me, son of the Earth-Warder: What is the nature of hope?
Wrathion says: Hope is... a belief in a better tomorrow.
Chi-Ji says: You speak, but you doubt your own words.
Wrathion says: ...Great Crane. You have not seen what I have seen.
Chi-Ji says: You underestimate me.
Wrathion says: ...the fires that once burned the sky will return. It is inevitable. The Burning Legion WILL find Azeroth.
Wration says: Seas of blood, cities in ruin! Who are we - one divided world - to stand against a legion?
Wration says: You speak of hope. Believe me, the thinnest sliver of belief that we might somehow survive the coming devastation is all that sustains me.
Chi-Ji says: Rise, son of Deathwing. I will give you my blessing, for you need it more than any I have ever met.
Chi-Ji says: I challenge you not to think of hope as a vague and unimaginable future.
Chi-Ji says: Live EVERY day with hope in your heart. In doing so, you CREATE the future you dream of.
Wrathion says: ...thank you, Great Crane.
Chi-Ji says: My challenge, if you accept it, tasks you with healing the most grievous of wounds.

Travel back to The Veiled Stair, meet with Wrathion again on Mason's Folly

Quest accepted: Cloak of Virtue

Wrathion says: Welcome back, champion!
Wrathion says: Excellent work with the celestials. Can you believe how chatty they were?
Wrathion says: I just wanted them to hand us our reward, but they were just "talk talk talk talk talk" (I found this to be rather funny, because I believe it is a tongue in cheek comment about how most players feel about the lengthy dialogue in the game)
Wrathion says: I'm sorry - where were we? Oh yes! I have something for you:
Wrathion says: The very spirits of Pandaria are supporting us in our grand crusade! Behold:
Wrathion says: The strength of the White Tiger.
Wrathion says: The wisdom of the Jade Serpent.
Wrathion says: THe fortitude of the Black Ox.
Wrathion says: And from the Red Crane, a shining beacon of hope for a better world!
Wrathion says: Our world.
Wrathion says: There! It is ready.

Retribution Paladin strategy for Melee Challenge at White Tiger Temple

I've completed this challenge as Retribution Paladin with ilvl 518 gears. I've attempted like close to 30 times to figure out a way to do it.

Preparation

1. 
   
2. Make sure you have reset your talents to comprise of Pursuit of Justice, Repentance, Eternal Flame and Light's Hammer.
3. 
   
4. Prepare the required food that increases your strength, have the Celestial Offering coin, some bandages and also healing potions in bag. Don't forget your Flask of Winter's Bite.
5. 
   

Execution

1. 
   
2. Starts off the fight with your Inquisition active.
3. 
   
4. Cast Repentance on Wrathion once he started to cast falling fireballs. Right after he is in meditation mode, the ooze will spawn.
5. 
   
6. Make a few hit on one ooze, and then run away from Wrathion, where those oozes will move towards you. Once those oozes are near, cast Light's Hammer among them, and starts killing them using your Hammer of the Righteous and also Divine Storm.
7. 
   
8. Heal up yourself with Flash of Light or bandage or Eternal Flame (keep your Lay on Hands and healing potions on emergency use).
9. 
   
10. Start hitting Wrathion after you are healed up, right after he recovered from meditation mode, he'll cast the fire pools, you need to immediately cast Rebuke to interrupt this.
11. 
    
12. Once he is interrupted, blow your Avenging Wrath, Guardian of Ancient Kings and Holy Avenger, and start whacking him. You can easily avoid the frontal arc. With right movement, you should be able to get him down to approximate 50% health before he starts casting another fallig fireballs. Please note that in between this fight, he'll cast another pool of fire, and this must be interrupted. When he is reaching about 50% health, the first ooze will start resurrecting and move towards you. Once you notice the first ooze appearing alive again, immediately cast Repentance on Wrathion again to put him into meditation mode.

14. Kill each ooze one by one, using Light's Hammer and Divine Storm, heal up yourself again before whacking Wrathion again.
15. 
    
16. This time, when you start whacking Wrathion, he'll run to the center to start casting multiple images of himself. You must immediately cast Repentance on him again before he successfully casted that.
17. 
    
18. Once the oozes start to come alive again, take them down again using Light's Hammer or Divine Storm.
19. 
    
20. Repeat step 5 to step 9 until Wrathion is dead.
21. 
    

Key to Winning the Fight

1. 
   
2. Wrathion must not allowed to cast the multiple image at all.
3. 
   
4. Wrathion must be interrupted in casting the pool of fire at all time.
5. 
   

If the above is done successfully, you'll be able to kill Wrathion easily, as long as he is not casting his multiple images at all. As throughout the fight, the rez timer of oozes will definitely overlap with Wrathion casting his multiple images. This must be avoided as having both multiple Wrathion images and oozes up is suicidal.
