With all the rabbits running around during this holiday, you have better be sure that is a chocolate egg you are eating. I wouldn't put it past Blizzard to add another poop quest.
As a diabetic myself, I can only hope that those gnomes figure out how to convert their health potion injectors into an insulin pump.
