This achievement is poorly written. To complete it, the player must hide a Noblegarden Egg, not a Brightly Colored Egg.
Buy a Noblegarden Egg from a Noblegarden Merchant, such as the one in Falconwing Square, then "use" it back in Silvermoon City.

You can only place one egg per hour aswell, so be sure you are inside the city.
