Actually, the Achievements for the Tuxedo and Dress require you to discover those items in an egg, so purchasing them does not count for Dressed for the Occasion or Sunday's Finest. That said, you'll find them fairly easily in the Brightly Colored Eggs. I opened about 100 eggs today and got two dresses, two robes and three tuxedo pieces. So I wouldn't waste my chocolate "currency" on the outfits except maybe the Spring Robes if you're having horrific RNG problems.

I used the chocolates for leveling on my rogue, since I were too lazy to buy new food. Even though this title says "during noblegarden" this is not the fact. It gives you the achievement after you have eaten the 25 chocolates, noblegarden or not :b
If you want to do this 1 fast go in terrikar just near the entrace of shatthrat city and there near every tree u have 20-30% chance to find a egg
