In my case I could track it down do Immersion, which caused the problem.

If talking to the NPCs doesn't do anything, try disabling all of your addons. Wasted time wondering why nothing would happen.

Quest start from Prince Renathal 50.2 28.3 First speak with [npc=171589] He will take you to the Flightmaster. Mainly you need to go to Oribos and speak with [npc=159478] 38.8 69.4.

2 The Looming Dark

Listen to the conversation then will be a movie.

3 Choosing Your Purpose

You have to choose your Covenant. At first speak with all 4 representatives. Then go to table ( you have all information ovet there to ) When you will pick you will reach achievement Choosing Your Purpose.
