During WQ kill [npc=194961] and they will drop [object=377132] buff. You will be able to choose 1 of 3 buffs like in Torghast
Each buff has 5 minutes duration and you can refresh it, because third buff from [npc=194961] is always the refresh all current available buffs timer.
