   Respawn time is most of the times 10-30 minutes, but i had to wait

FYI Handynotes for Shadowlands has an option on the map to turn on the locations for all these targets^^

If you're doing this achievement think about your fellow completionist and just walk away from the mob after retrieving research data so it resets and stays up instead of killing it and having others wait for a respawn.
