As of patch 11.1, the achievement now has a transmog reward! Similarly, the 500 version of this achievement, The Key to Madness also got a similar reward, [item=237355]
These have not yet been awarded retroactively to those who completed it prior to the patch however.
How are people grinding this to get it in a timely manner? Just Alt-army? So annoying you cant buy these keys so you can just do it on 1 character or atleast transfer the keys. (The 28 delves a week)
