This achievement is awarded after you receive 10 delver's maps and use them in various delves. The item awards a buff that gives the 'hidden' chest at the end of the run.
120+ delves completed, all delves completed on level 11 including no death runs and i'm still at 7/10 for the achievement.
Blizzard should really do something with the drops...
