Not sure how to unlock this, Bran stopped getting XP from bountiful delves towards the end of lvl 37, XP froze at 84667,
nothing from pickups, nothing from completing the delve.

Brann is capped at 38 41333/88062 for me. No idea why they would cap his XP around this point. Kind of sick of all the time gating this expansion.
