I was able to do this solo in patch 11.0 on my hunter and created a video you can watch showing how I did it.

The point of the achievement is to collect 6 progenitor orbs (entirely in phase 1) from around the room when you get launched up in the air from rune of damnation. You simply need to get your positioning right and it is incredibly easy to do. essentially within the 6 room segments on the outer part you will stand in between 3 holes and you can position yourself on the line on the ground next to the hole to get launched into the orb every time. Once you collect all 6 orbs you can nuke down Zoval and send him back to the shadowlands.

This achievement is done entirely in P1 of the fight, and P2 will start after roughly 3 minutes so you have that long to do it. The boss will put out 3 debuffs at a time called Rune of Damnation. When this debuff expires you're knocked up into the air and you do a burst of damage to the raid. It's intended that you jump into the numerous holes around the room to blow up in there and avoid the raid damage.

For the achievement, there are 6 Progenitor orbs hanging in the air above the room. In order to collect them you need to be knocked up by the debuff and fly through the orbs. You can do multiple (up to 3) on one set of debuffs if people can get there ahead of time but the raid damage can be a little iffy this early on and you get enough runes to not have to do more than 1 per anyways, so I'd recommend just aiming for 1 orb per set of runes.

They spawn during Runes and seem to despawn between sets, but you can see them glow gold and disappear if you collect one so just keep track of which ones you collected. This is what they look like.

Here is a map of where they spawn. One is in the air above each of the world marker in this screenshot, and for orientation sake the boss starts where that big green circle I drew is. We found that standing on the borders of the hexagon that world marker is in with your back to the world marker was the most consistent way to collect them. I outlined the borders you want to stand on with red. Certain classes like DH and druid can also semi-reliably get them with Wild Charge/Glide even after jumping in the holes as well, which saves some raid damage.

Once you've got all 6 the achievement will go white and you can kill the boss.

Took a lot of tries, but our group finally got it by having people step just on the edge of the hole facing away from where the orb is, jumping first, then pressing forward while in the air. You can also have multiple people jump into the same hole so you can get a second attempt on the same orb.

Also, do not spin your camera around too quickly, as it will spit you out on the opposite side.
