Coming to Terms

i didn't do the achievement yet but all i can say the locations of the haunting memory for the ach

first one on xy'mox room ( you need to jump to the left platform it will be hidden there )

second one when you clear the addons before halondrus

last one go to the left side while clearing the trash to Dausegne, the Fallen Oracle there will be 2 platforms you just need to go to the first one you might have noticed the last one by the time you are reading this

and this is what i know i didn't kill andiun so far even as for a normal kill without the ach so i can't say how the add will show up

PS the add is Varian so it can be easy to spot

Addition to Yoshiiii's comment, adding a comment, not a reply for better visibility.

The Varian add has 1,5mill hp, not 15 mill, We saved cds and sent more peeps with Team 1 and were surprised :)

Also clarification on the haunting memory fragments, they look like small yellow orbs. The Xymox one is on the left platform near the middle of the left wall.
Halondrus one is behind the Mike Wazowski addm when you look at a map, you see a brown hexagon before halondrus, it's again, near the wall.
Dasaugne one is, as stated by Zeus, on the first left platform, on the left side.

BROKEN- Our Group tried over and over again to spawn and whack Anduin's grief, but to no avail. Not sure what the scoopy doop was, but we certainly tried. Bug report sent in. Yes- we got the three orbs (kind messed up that there is no way to ensure they are in possession as they *poof* out of existence when collected). We had three different toons get them, we then had the same toon grab them. Well, something's not working right!
