This can be completed quite quickly if you fish for Sightless Eyes in The Underbelly in the Legion version of Dalaran. You get around 5-9 eyes from each Shimmering Whorl pool and each eye counts towards the 100 for the achievement.

Just one small thing to add : the 100 "items" must be fished by the same character, I've tried catching 70 things with one and the 30 left with another and did not get the toy !
