About Firelands
The Firelands is the molten domain forged by the titans to house Ragnaros and his wayward minions. Following Deathwing's emergence into Azeroth, Ragnaros and his servants surged onto the slopes of Mount Hyjal before being driven back by the sacred mountain's valiant defenders. Now Ragnaros is rallying his loyalists to defend the Firelands from Azeroth's champions.

Heroic: Ragnaros Guild Run is earned inside Firelands, a raid. The entrance is marked below.
The entrance to Firelands is in Sulfuron Spire, Mount Hyjal at 47.0, 78.2.

This achievement is currently bugged for guilds trying to earn it. From a Blizzard GM:

As I can see you are still not able to receive the achievement "Heroic: Ragnaros Guild Run".
We have received multiple reports of this issue and can confirm it is not working as intended.
Currently, we do not have any workaround or resolution that can be provided.

You see, player submitted bug reports are extremely important they are directly sent to our developers team with important information from your gameplay that can help the investigation reach better solutions for everyone.
