For people who don't have DBM, the place I used for 'Going Down?' was one of the bridges over Lower City, in Shattrath. The one directly opposite Aldor Rise. If you jump off there (don't just step; it's not quite high enough if you step off), the distance is enough to get you the achievement, but not enough to kill you. You need to stand on the 'lip' of the bridge and jump down to the path.
The 'sweet spot' is at 70.0, 51.5. Or here on a map.
