How to get to Mechagon

To complete that achievement, you must do the starting area in Nazjatar, until you open a portal to Dazar 'alor/Boralus

you will see magni pop up in that area. Check mini map for new quests nearby.
Magni will give you a starting quest in which you end up with the achievement “The Heart Forge”

Note:
You get new quest called Back Out to Sea

Back to Dazar 'alor/Boralus there is new Portal to Nazjatar do your quest line.

Until you get World quest on Nazjatar and get Quest in Dazar 'alor/Boralus

For Horde

you head to Dazar'alor in Zuldazar.

Run next to the Flight master and you will see goblins further.

Check minimap For new quest.

The npc is called  Gazlowe
(You can use /Tar Gazlowe and get set focus to see better on your minimap)


The starting quest is  “The Legend of Mechagon”.

For Alliance

you head to Boralus in Tiragard Sound.
Run next to the Flight master and you will see goblins

Check minimap For  new quest

The npc is Tinkmaster Overspark.
(You can use /Tar Tinkmaster and get set focus to see better on minimap)


The starting quest is  “The Legend of Mechagon”.

open Your map and your achievement list check wich one you need and remove other one you have already.

OK, I was a bit confused reading the comments for Horde on how to unlock Mechagon.

1) Finish the intro quests for Nazjatar.
2) Once you unlock World Quests, go outside of the cave and look for the Disgruntled Laborer. He will give you the quest Rumors of Mechagon.
3) Head back to Dazar'alor / The Great Seal.
4) Outside by the flight point there is Gazlowe.

Turn your quest in, he'll send you to Tiragarde Sound where you follow the breadcrumbs (so many breadcrumbs) and unlock Mechagon. The Rumors of Mechagon comments have the full quest chain.
