Note: TomTom accepts partial zone names as long as they're unique, so I've managed to shorten them to accommodate. Not sure if this will work with other directional addons.

Kalimdor from North to South is 7.2km
Eastern Kingdoms from North to South is 7.2km
Pandaria from West to East is 3.3km

About how I came up with these results, below are the details.

I wanted to have a rough idea about the size of Azeroth continents in kilometers. I flew through Kalimdor from North to South. And through Pandaria from West to East. I paused the timer during the Hyjal ascent and descent. Below is the results:

Kalimdor: 12 mins (North (Frostsaber Rock) - South (Neferset))
Pandaria: 5:30 mins (West (Sra'vess) - East (Winward Isle))

I was not able to get a time result for the Eastern Kingdoms since it is not possible to fly through Ghostlands and Eversong Woods. But looking at the map, the continent sizes tells me that Kalimdor and Eastern Kingdoms are pretty much the same distance from North to South.

Assumptions:
In real life you walk 1km in 20 mins.
In Azeroth walk speed is 1/3 of run speed.
In Azeroth fastest flight speed is 4X run speed.
Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor is about the same length from the North to the South.

Given the these assumptions are correct, it is a matter of simple calculation to come up with the following results:
Walk speed is 3kmph (60/20=3)
Run speed is 9kmph (3x3=9)
Fly speed is 36kmph (9x4=36)

Thus:
Kalimdor & Eastern Kingdoms are roughly 7.2km from North to South (12x36/60=7.2)
Pandaria is roughly 3.3km from West to East (5.5x36/7.2)

So that's it :) Our continents in game of course are smaller representations of the actual continents in lore. Yet it is good to know about the distances that we are dealing with in game.
